Freshman Robert Starnes (Green Bay, Wis./Preble) of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's track and field team became an All-American in the long jump and was one of several competitors for the Warhawks Friday on Day 1 of the 2015 NCAA Division III Indoor Track and Field Championships at JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, N.C.
