David Fassbender (Slinger, Wis./Slinger) of the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater men's cross country team was named North Region Men's Athlete of the Year, and head coach Jeff Miller was selected North Region Men's Coach of the Year by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) announced its 2021 NCAA Division III Cross Country Regional Awards.
